Vampires are multilayered next-gen interactive NFTs that change their state according to their holder’s actions. Vampires - Epoch 0
The first and potentially most valuable Vampires in the collection will be awakened during what we call Epoch 0 in the Vampires Multiverse. This will be a limited window of opportunity that lasts 1 Epoch (1 Day) when you will be able to mint Vampires that benefit from a special status. After this, minting will be closed for 10 days.
Vampires (EE)
The minting process will resume after 10 Days and the rest of the Vampires will be awakened starting with the Epoch of the respective day. As minting will progress, Vampires will be organized into subsequent Epochs according to the number of days it takes to reach full mint.
Villagers
The Villagers mint will run parallel to Vampires and will begin at the same time in Epoch 0. The mint will end 30 Days after the Vampires mint is complete and will remain closed until further notice.

We’ve laid a strong foundation for the $BLOOD token to follow the same principle and act as the binding agent that connects every platform module, every blood donor and every blood donation into an efficient network for saving lives. $BLOOD will be an essential tool as you begin to discover the Vampires Multiverse, providing liquidity for both the Sange.ro platform and the Vampires NFT collection.
Reward for Donating Blood
Anyone who donates blood via the platform will receive $BLOOD tokens in return for each individual donation. This will not only encourage more people to donate, but will also incentivize them to become long-term recurrent blood donors. A person can donate blood an average of 3.5 times per year which will be rewarded with a considerable amount of $BLOOD that they can use within the Vampires Multiverse or trade and sell.
Vampires Sustenance
$BLOOD is a valuable resource within the Vampires Multiverse and one of its main functions is to keep Vampires in an awakened state. As creatures of the night, Vampires need to consume $BLOOD every night otherwise they become dormant. The feeding process happens automatically via smart contract, all you need to do is make sure your $BLOOD Bank is never empty.
Tradable Utility Token
$BLOOD is a fully tradable token on the MultiversX blockchain and the main utility vehicle of the blood donation platform. As you build up your $BLOOD Bank through various mechanisms within the Vampires Multiverse, you will most likely end up with more tokens than you need to feed your Vampires. You can trade or sell any $BLOOD surplus you have and enjoy a profit.

The quickest way for you to refill your MultiversX $BLOOD Bank is to simply buy $BLOOD tokens. Not only will you ensure a constant supply of food for your Vampires but you will also contribute to something much greater. Vampires
Vampires NFTs were inspired by the popular stories about 1400s’ Vlad Tepes and the incredible works of written fiction that have since transformed myth and legend into a worldwide phenomenon. Vampires NFTs pay homage to those original sources of artistry and imagination that are firmly rooted in pop culture today and create something completely new. Each Vampire NFT tells a unique visual story that is forever embedded on the blockchain. A story that can be traced back to olden times through cultural motifs, weapons and effigies used in ancient wars and bespoke armors meant to inspire fear. A story you can now be a part of as a holder, a MultiversX community member and a person who wants to change things for the better.
10K Dynamic NFTs
There will only be a total supply of 10K Vampires NFTs. Vampires are dynamic collectibles in the sense that they can change their state between awake and dormant. Vampires will grow hungry and become dormant if you do not have $BLOOD or Villagers NFTs in your wallet for them to feed on. Once dormant, they can only be awakened by sacrificing a Villager.
Driven by Hunger
As creatures of the blockchain, Vampires are inherently immortal but they still need to feast. If you fail to feed your Vampires they will enter the pool of dormant Vampires where anyone has the chance to awaken and claim them in their wallet. As the number of dormant Vampires grows, the ones that remain awake for long periods of time naturally become more exclusive.
Bound by Epochs
As Epochs progress on the MultiversX network, Vampires grow older and wiser. The more Epochs a Vampire has, the more benefits it will bring its holder along the way. Vampires are bound by a unique mechanic that is operated via a smart contract. They must consume 1 $BLOOD with each passing Epoch in order to maintain their awakened state.
Villagers
When you find yourself unable to donate blood in order to receive $BLOOD tokens, you can always opt for a Meta-solution, the trusty Villager. Villagers are NFTs on the MultiversX blockchain with a singular purpose, to be sacrificed at the whim of their holders in order to sustain the appetite of their Vampires. Most Villagers are content with their lives and go about their daily routines gathering food, hunting and doing simple jobs in the Village, unknowing of the terrible fate that awaits them. Some might try to fight it, but they all eventually succumb to their destiny of becoming Vampire blood smoothies. Well, maybe not all of them.
Food for Vampires
There is more than one way to skin a cat, or in this case, to feed a Vampire. Apart from consuming $BLOOD, a Vampires’ preferred choice of sustenance is Villagers. Villagers are a great food source for Vampires, maintaining them for long periods of time. You can sacrifice one of your Villager NFTs in order to keep your Vampire awake for 20 days at a time.
Chance to become a Vampire
When you sacrifice one of your Villagers in order to feed your Vampire, you enter a game of chance where your Villager either becomes a midnight Vampire snack or turns into a Vampire himself. The higher the number of dormant Vampires in the collection at a time, the higher the chances are for your Villager NFT to transform into a Vampire NFT with all of the benefits that come with it.
Deflationary Resource
Villagers are considered quite scarce within the Vampires Multiverse with the total number being capped at 20K. As mentioned, holders will need to sacrifice Villagers whenever they run out of $BLOOD in order to maintain their Vampires or to resurrect dormant ones. This inherently makes Villagers a deflationary resource probably worth hoarding.
Status Quo - Problems
The current blood donation system in Romania helps a lot of people survive traumatic events and it’s definitely better than not having one at all. With that being said, present issues suggest that the system has fallen behind, way behind. Even though technology has come a long way, the demand for blood in Romania is overwhelming and blood supplies are in constant shortage with no clear prospect for improvement using the present-day strategy. We believe the main causes to be the lack of a direct communication network between health care systems and blood donors, the inefficient distribution of resources between blood banks and the severe lack of smart incentives for people to donate blood.
Bad Resource Management
An issue just as pressing as the lack of blood is the inefficient management of the supply that is currently available. In areas where demand is low, blood is easier to get and in locations where demand is high, there is never enough blood. Every year there’s a spike in blood demand depending on location, time of year and big events. Unfortunately, the current system lacks the capacity to track these repeating fluctuations in order to create a reliable precedent that can be used to prepare ahead of time.
Counter-productive Strategy
One of the most frequent strategies used by the government and NGOs to incentivize people to donate is to label a shortage of blood as a “blood crisis” and create an urgent emotional response. Even though this works in the short term, in the long run it renders people immune to the problem. Hearing about a blood crysis every other month makes people get used to the idea and it becomes part of the norm. Most people rarely give it a second thought because they’re not directly impacted by it.
Deficient Blood Education
There is a lack of information and an abundance of misinformation surrounding the act of donating blood. The vast majority of people still don’t know where they can donate blood and aren’t aware of the benefits it brings them and those in need. They also don’t understand the procedure. As a consequence, there is a disinformed perception about donating blood which inevitably leads to fewer people willing to donate. This further extends to those under 18 who, in most cases, aren’t even aware they can donate blood once they’re of age and have to rely on the misguided information provided by the people they look up to.
Poor Feedback Loop
Recurrent blood donors are key to solving the blood shortage, but the current system does a poor job of finding new people to donate blood and converting one-time donors into recurrent ones. There is an inefficient feedback loop between potential blood donors and transfusion centers, one that relies on outdated and incomplete local databases, mass calls to action that are too vague and a pen and paper onboarding that is unreliable and slow.
Creating a Smart System
A blood management platform that will change everything, starting with Romania and later expanding as a borderless tool for saving lives anywhere in the world. We’re building a future-proof Web3 solution that will shift the current outdated blood donation paradigm toward an intelligent decision-making system that taps into the living, walking blood bank that we as people embody. A dynamic structure that thinks beyond a mass call for blood donations. It applies logic and informed precedent via A.I. in order to predict increased blood demand throughout the year and create personalized calls to action according to geo-location and blood donor history.
Onboarding New People
Everyone deserves to have access to blood. For this to happen, there needs to be a significant increase in the number of donors. By gamifying the act of donating blood through an immersive and interactive experience we’re inducing a positive shift in public perception. We’re encouraging more people to discover the benefits of donating blood, learn about the procedures and ultimately join the effort as long-term recurrent blood donors.
Changing the Paradigm
Instead of relying on a passive concern for donating blood, the platform will actively engage recurrent, one-time and potential blood donors and improve the way we manage blood. We are tapping into the most reliable blood bank there is: People. With roughly 7m people in Romania who are eligible to donate blood or a max supply of about 12m liters of blood per year, just 10% of that supply will be enough to cover more than the minimum annual blood requirements for all those in need.
Decentralizing Blood
Sange.ro is essentially building an environment where anyone, whether it's the public/private health care system or individuals, can access eligible blood donors who are matched according to compatibility, blood type and geo-location. Health care systems will see a drastic improvement in the flow of blood between transfusion centers, hospitals and blood banks and users will be able to tap into this network in order to request blood donations whenever they have an emergency or donate blood for others and get rewarded.
$BLOOD for Blood
Most people are aware they might need a blood transfusion at some point in their lives. But they are not aware of the increased chance there might not be blood when they need it. Those who actively contribute to the well-being of others by donating their blood are actually offering a gift of life and we believe it’s only fair for them to be able to receive the same gift in return, if and when they need it. Users will build up reputation and credit via the $BLOOD token whenever they donate blood and will have access to a network of compatible blood donors from whom they can receive blood without delay.

Proof of Concept
We defined the core mechanics of the platform and developed a conceptual model of how users would interact with Vampires, Villagers and each other in a way that truly reflected the goal for the project. We also focused on the basic rules and gameplay mechanics that would incentivize people to join our Mission to #DoGood. All of this involved multiple iterations and a thorough feedback process to ensure that every piece of the puzzle fits and the end product is true to our vision.
Research & Bulletproofing
We delved deeper into the concept of blood donation and how we could best integrate it into a fun, future-proof solution for saving lives. We conducted extensive research on blood donation policies and procedures and analyzed the existing national blood donation platforms to identify potential challenges and opportunities. This allowed us to build a cohesive plan for development and to bulletproof our strategy moving forward.
Art Direction & Smart Contract Execution
We created an exciting visual identity and brand that stays true to the overall theme of the project. We worked with Uciuc (Dan Cristea) who helped bring our vision to life by illustrating carefully curated design elements that make up the world of Vampires in the Multiverse. This required a very long, painstaking process and hundreds of iterations for it to reach the epitome of visual art on MultiversX. We generated the Vampires and Villagers NFT collections using hundreds of unique hand-drawn traits and wrote a custom smart contract that would handle the minting process on the day of release.

We recognized the importance of forging strategic partnerships early on. This would play a big role in accelerating growth and maximizing the impact of our initiative. We established relationships with key players in the industry, including blockchain developers, marketing experts and potential investors. We also explored opportunities to collaborate with like-minded organizations and support initiatives that align with our values and our Mission to #DoGood. These partnerships will help us expand our reach and enhance the value of our platform for users.

As the sun sets on the first Epoch of minting, so goes the opportunity to grab one of the special status Epoch 0 Vampires. Fear not, though, for all is not lost! The Late Birds who didn’t manage to get an Epoch 0 Vampire still have the chance to discover many of the night creatures of the collection. The remaining Vampires in the collection will begin their awakening 10 Days after the Epoch 0 mint. Each day that passes during mint will mark a different Epoch in which Vampires are awakened. Remember, the earlier you awaken your Vampire, the older and potentially more valuable it will be.
Vampires Mint Completed
The Vampires collection is capped at 10K NFTs and once this number is reached, the minting process is completed and the real adventure begins. Vampires have a multitude of traits varying in rarity. Once dormant, other Vampires, either common or rare, will take their place as they are awakened and that will change the dynamic of the whole collection. You never know when something truly unique might make an appearance!

Vampires & Villagers Web3 Implementation Starts
We will continue to build our Web3 platform where holders can interact with Vampires, Villagers and $BLOOD in a cohesive environment. This will involve developing the necessary smart contracts and integrating the necessary protocols to ensure the security and seamless functioning of the platform. We will also advance the design and development of the intuitive and user-friendly front-end interface, which will make it easy for users to access the platform and interact with their NFTs.
Sange.ro Development Begins
At this stage, we will accelerate building the necessary infrastructure to allow blood donors to register, schedule appointments, and donate blood in a closed circuit model aimed at setting up core functionality. This will be the first step towards establishing the real-world impact of our initiative and create a unique and innovative blood donation experience.

By partnering with like-minded corporations who share our vision and values, we will raise the extra funds we need to cover the costs of developing the platform and take our project to the next level. Vampires & Villagers Web3 Testing
We will release a test build of the Web3 platform and give out invites to a select few Vampires holders. You will get the chance to catch a first glimpse of the platform, interact with Vampires, Villagers and $BLOOD and help us get some valuable feedback. This is an important step in ensuring that everything functions as intended and that we can provide a seamless user experience to our community.
Sange.ro Founders Accounts
We will release an initial version of Sange.ro where Vampire NFT holders will receive special Founders Accounts that have additional benefits. These accounts will give our community members exclusive early access to the blood donation platform, extra perks and much more.
Sange.ro MVP Local Testing
We will release a Minimum Viable Product of Sange.ro on a local level in order to test some of the core functionality of the platform. This will allow us to identify and fix any bugs or glitches in the system before we launch to a wider audience. Sange.ro National Release
This marks the official launch of our blood donation platform to the entire country. With the launch, we aim to create a nationwide network of blood donors and recipients who can easily connect with each other in times of need. Our platform will bring transparency and accountability to the blood donation process, making it easier for individuals, hospitals, clinics, and blood banks to access blood.
The Blood Stock Exchange
As an integral part of our platform, the Blood Stock Exchange will be a crucial tool for connecting blood donors with those who need it. Along with our Reputation Management module, this feature will allow new users to gain immediate access to blood if and when they need it.
Token & NFT Rewards for Blood Donation
We will release a new incentives module where users will earn $BLOOD tokens and unique NFTs for donating blood through the Sange.ro platform. These tokens and NFTs will be usable throughout the Vampires Multiverse.
